The ambiance at What A Crock is warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a quick lunch or a leisurely meal with friends. The knowledge and passion of the employees shine through, as they enthusiastically offer samples and suggestions, ensuring that each customer can find the perfect soup to suit their taste.

While the commendable variety is one of the key highlights here, the soups themselves are where What A Crock truly excels. Reviews speak highly of the freshness and flavor present in each bowl. Take, for example, the Irish Stew with ground lamb, potatoes, and veggies. It's a comforting classic that many diners find irresistible. The creamy Potato Leek, with its velvety texture, and the heartwarming Butternut Sausage + Tortellino Soup also receive notable praise from regulars.

There's an art to mastering the soup game, and What A Crock has succeeded in creating a menu that not only satisfies but also exceeds expectations. Diners appreciate the addition of Specialty Salads and thoughtfully prepared sides, providing complementary flavors that elevate the meal, making it easy to see why the restaurant garners glowing reviews. Customers often note that they must arrive early, as popular soups tend to sell out quickly; this is a testament to the quality and popularity of each dish.

While one reviewer mentioned occasional challenges with the POS system, the overwhelmingly positive feedback about the taste, warmth of the service, and the soul-nourishing soups far outweighs any minor inconveniences. If you're in the mood for a meal that not only satisfies your hunger but also brings comfort and joy, look no further than What A Crock. Whether you decide on a classic bowl of soup or one of their daily specials, you're bound to leave content and eager to return.

Four stars because the soups are very tasty and the service is very nice! However, they usually have issues with the POS and you'll end up paying with cash. And they run out of soup around 1 pm, so you must go early or you won't find soup.

My first time here after hearing so much about it from others and there were surprisingly large selection of soup. I got the Irish stew that had ground lamb with potatoes and veggies and it was yummy!

This place truly is great. They offer several daily soups plus the common regular ones like "Doc in a Crock a.k.a. (a chicken soup variety). The staff are patient even though there's usually always a line of hungry folk. Their system is great, the cook brings out refills of soup when close to empty, the lady in front gets your soups and breads and the cashier (also very patient and friendly) will ring you up, and bag your items. Not to mention the quality is there in their soups so yes, 5* from me!

Come here for lunch occasionally - I always enjoy the wide variety of unique soups they have to offer and I have enjoyed all that I've tried. I usually get a salad also, these are pre made but have always been very fresh. Staff are very friendly and will offer samples of soups so you can find one you like.

I took a dear friend here for a quick small Lunch! The woman behind the counter gave us incredible suggestions based on the different flavors. We tried two different samples which helped us choose our selections. Our server was very sweet, friendly and patient. The butternut w/sausage + tortellino soup, and the Kielbasa Lentil soup were both so delicious.

Every soup is absolutely delicious. They have healthy vegetables in just about every soup which is a huge draw for me. The price is very reasonable, the service is superb, my only complaint is they aren't open for dinner too.

Very good quality soups and cakes. A must try soup in area
